How appointments work

You read the sessions, and you ask for a time by phone or email. The website never marks a time as booked on its own.

  1. 01

    Look through the services

Read the five services and decide what you want to ask for. If you are unsure, the form has an option for that. Start at massage services.

  2. 02

Save an inquiry, if you want a record

The form asks for your name, email, the service, and a message. Telephone, date, and time of day are optional. It saves the request on this website. It does not send an email or place a call, and it does not book a time. Medical histories are not collected.

  3. 03

    Ask by phone or email

There is no public calendar. Call +1 (813) 252-4901 or write to [email protected]. A time is held only after you accept an offer made that way.

  4. 04

    Settle preferences before you arrive

Use that conversation to confirm pressure, areas to avoid, pregnancy or a new injury, whether two people are coming, the price, and the place. Rates and quotes explains why no rate card is printed.

  5. 05

    Attend the time you accepted

Come to 1101 N Ward St, Tampa, FL 33607, USA. Arrive a few minutes early. You will be draped, and you can change the plan on the table.

  6. 06

    Hear the aftercare that fits

That may be as small as drinking water or skipping a hard workout if you feel tender after deep tissue work. You will not be handed a treatment plan. Questions that come up often are on the FAQ page.
